Making a reservation

Please read the matters that demand special attention before booking. You can book via FAX, e-mail or over the Internet. You can also have a look around the premises beforehand, but please make an appointment.


We will contact you via phone or e-mail after your booking. We will discuss your pet’s condition, what sort of care he or she might need and how he or she is going to travel to our hotel. If you have anything you wish to discuss with us please don’t hesitate to talk to a member of staff.


Please bring your pet, and any items such as beds, food bowls etc. to the hotel on the day you wish to check-in. We also need to see your pet's latest vaccination certificate. If there is anything you are worried about please let us know. You may have to pay in advance if you wish to board an animal with us for an extended period.

Welcoming back your pet

The animals will return to their homes on the date arranged. We also transport animals to and from the hotel (This is not a free service.) We charge on the day of checkout.
